Beef With Mushrooms
|Beef||3⁄4 Pound, sliced thin|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||2 Tablespoon, mixed with water|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat a pan with the oil, salt and pepper and when it is very hot add the beef and saute for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the stock and the mushrooms, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the thickening to the meat, and when it becomes thick and smooth, serve immediately in a shallow bowl.
