Ingredients
  Beef 3⁄4 Pound, sliced thin
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
For thickening
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, mixed with water
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat a pan with the oil, salt and pepper and when it is very hot add the beef and saute for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the stock and the mushrooms, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the thickening to the meat, and when it becomes thick and smooth, serve immediately in a shallow bowl.
