Individual Meat-Macaroni Dinners

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped to make 1/4 cup
  Elbow macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mixed vegetables 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine meat and onion in large skillet. Cook while stirring until onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Divide mixture among four 12 inch squares of heavy-duty or double thickness regular aluminum foil.
Wrap each securely and label; freeze no longer than 2 months.
When ready to serve, cook according to cooking guide
