Ingredients
  Flank steak 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Snow peas 1 Pound
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soup stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, mixed with 1/4 cup water (For Thickening)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), mixed with cornstarch (For Thickening)
Directions

Wash the peas, stem them but leave the pods intact.
Heat a pan with oil and when it is very hot, saute the beef for a minute and then add the peas, and continue to stir for another minute.
Pour the stock slowly into the pan with the sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well, cover the pan and turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the thickening, stir into the meat, and when the gravy becomes smooth and thick, turn into a shallow bowl and serve immediately.
