Creamed Dried Beef
|Dried beef||1⁄4 Pound, shredded|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook dried beef with butter in a heavy skillet 5 minutes or until edges curl.
Sprinkle flour over beef and blend well; remove from heat.
Slowly stir in the milk; cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until smooth and thick.
Serve on hot crisp toast.
