|Potatoes||4 Medium, sliced|
|Carrots||4 , sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Line iron or electric skillet with bacon slices.
Crumble hamburger on top of bacon.
Next, spread potato slices on top of hamburger.
Add layers of carrots and onions.
Pour water over layers and cook until it bubbles.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour until done.
Hamburger will be red as it is steamed, but it is done.
