Sausages are an amazing ingredient, they can be a part of any course. I use up my stock of pork sausages to make this lip smacking dish for Labor Day parties. Served as a main dish Honey Mustard Sausages with Beefsteak Tomatoes will never let you down.
Ingredients
Clear honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Dijon mustard 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pork sausages 2 Pound
  Beefsteak tomatoes 4 , halved
Tomato puree 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, grated
Fluffy creamed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green salad 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix the honey and mustard.
Separate the sausages and place on a grill (broiler) rack, or barbecue with the tomato halves, cut sides down.
Brush the sausages with the honey mixture.
Grill (broil) the sausages for 10 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with the honey mustard mixture, until browned and cooked through.
After 3 minutes' cooking, turn the tomatoes up the other way.
Spread the puree over the top, sprinkle with the basil, then the cheese.
Continue cooking until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese has melted.
