New England Boiled Dinner

Ingredients
  Corned beef 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Potatoes 4 Small, peeled and quartered
  Cabbage head 1 Small, quartered
Directions

Cook corned beef as directed in microwaving brisket or corned beef.
After cooking, remove beef, wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm.
Add potatoes and cabbage to hot liquid.
Cover and microwave 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Thinly slice meat diagonally across grain and serve with vegetables.
