|Dried beef||6 Ounce, dried (Two 3 Ounce Package)|
|Chopped onion/1/2 teaspoon. dry flaked onion||1 Teaspoon, flaked|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , diced|
|Condensed chicken noodle soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Button mushrooms with liquid||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , diced|
|Pimento||3 Tablespoon, diced|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Parboil beef and break into pieces.
Saute onion and pepper until soft.
Add beef and sauteed mixture to remaining ingredients and cook in large skillet or pot until bubbles form.
May be served in baked patty shells or chinese noodles.
