The liver meat loaf is not entirely made of liver but has pork liver mixed with ground beef and sausage meat. Combined with breadcrumbs and seasoned to taste, the liver meat loaf is flavored with chili sauce and baked to doneness.
|Pork liver||1 Pound|
|Ground beef||2 Pound (Hamburger)|
|Sausage meat||1 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chili sauce/1/4 cup ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Simmer liver in a small amount of boiling water for 2 minutes, then put through food chopper.
Combine minced liver and water in which it was cooked with the remaining ingredients.
Shape into 2 loaves and bake at 350 For 1 1/2 hours.
