Beef With Onions
|Beef tenderloin||1⁄4 Pound|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Oil||1 Tablespoon (For Onion)|
|Onion||1 , shredded|
|Chinese parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Slice the beef and then cut crosswise into shreds and coat with baking soda.
Mix it well and set it aside for 15 minutes.
Mix the marinade well together and add to the meat and let it stand for another 10 minutes.
Heat pan with the oil and when it is very hot add the salt and saute the onion for 2 minutes.
Remove the onion and set it aside.
Heat the pan again with 4 tablespoons oil and when it is boiling hot, add the meat and stir quickly 4 or 5 times, being careful not to let the meat bum.
Add the onion and stir again.
Turn off the heat and saute for 2 or 3 seconds, and when the onion is very hot, turn onto a shallow dish, garnish with parsley and sprinkle with pepper.
