Minced Beef Balls With Spinach
|Beef||1 Pound, minced|
|Bread crumbs||2 Ounce|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Mix the beef with the bread crumbs, egg and sherry, and roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Dredge the balls with the flour.
Heat a pan with the oil and saute balls till brown.
Transfer them into a saucepan with water and soy sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Turn two or three times during this period.
Wash the spinach and drain it well.
Saute in the remains of the oil from the meat for 1 minute, and then place the meat balls on top of the spinach and cook together for another 2 minutes.
Make a bed of the spinach on a serving plate and place the balls on top; serve very hot.
