Minced Beef With Salted Cabbage
|Dried salted cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Steak||1 Pound, sliced|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Wash and soak the cabbage for 15 minutes and then slice it thin.
Mix the meat with the marinating mixture and see that the slices are well coated with it, then add the cabbage and the water.
Put all in a deep ovenproof bowl.
Place a rack in a saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack and steam for 1/2 hour.
Remove the bowl from the steamer and drop a teaspoon of oil on the meat and serve at once in the hot bowl.
