Soy Braised Beef
|Shin beef||1 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut the beef into 2 inch cubes.
Cut the tomato into eighths.
Heat a pan with oil and when it is hot, saute the beef for 3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and let it simmer on a very low fire for another 15 minutes.
Add the sherry, garlic and salt and stir well.
Pour the stock in slowly and cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the tomato and allow it to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl.
