Soy Braised Beef

This Braised Beef is one of the yummiest beef dishes that I've ever tasted ! Try out these savory beef cubes in tomato, sherry and garlic gravy and tell me if you like them ! Your suggestions for this Braised Beef are welcome !
Ingredients
  Shin beef 1 Pound
  Tomato 1 Small
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut the beef into 2 inch cubes.
Cut the tomato into eighths.
Heat a pan with oil and when it is hot, saute the beef for 3 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and let it simmer on a very low fire for another 15 minutes.
Add the sherry, garlic and salt and stir well.
Pour the stock in slowly and cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the tomato and allow it to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl.
