Pot Roast Of Beef

Ingredients
  Beef pot roast 4 Pound
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown roast well in melted drippings in cooker.
Season with salt, pepper, onions, and bay leaf; add water.
Pressure cook 35 minutes at 15 lbs.pressure.
Cool cooker.
If desired, make gravy from the liquid remaining in cooker.
