Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned corned beef 12 Ounce, chopped
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Soften the gelatin in the cold water in a large bowl.
Add the boiling water, corned beef, celery, onion, bell pepper, hard-cooked eggs, mayonnaise and salt; mix well.
Chill, covered, for 8 to 10 hours or until firm.
