The sherried beef is a oven cooke dbeef recipe made with mushroom soup and cooking sherry. Flavored with added dry onion soup, the sherried beef can be served over noodles or rice. I like to garnish this with chopped parsley. It is so simple yet full of flavor and taste.
|Stewing beef||3 Pound, cut small|
|Cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Dry onion soup||12 1⁄2 Gram (0.5 Package)|
|Cooking sherry||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Mix all together.
Put in casserole, covered, at 325Â°F for 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
Serve over rice or broad noodles and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
