Eric'S Corned Beef Hash

This corned beef hash recipe is a personal recipe corned beef cooked with potatoes and bacon. Flavored with curry powder, sherry and garlic powder, the corned beef hash is finshed with eggs. Filling and heavy, I serve the beef hash with a side salad or grilled vegetables.
  Bacon slices 3
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Potato 1 Large, chopped into 0.5 inch cubes
  Canned corned beef 7 Ounce
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2

Render the bacon and brown the onion in its grease.
Add the potato and cook until almost done.
Add the corned beef and stir to break it up.
Mix the remaining ingredients together (except eggs) and stir in to coat the mixture well.
Make 2 hollows in the hash and break 1 egg into each.
Cover and cook until the eggs are done.
