Beef And Potatoes Hot Dish
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Milk/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Potatoes||5 , peeled|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 Ounce (1 Can Of 10 Ounce)|
Brown the ground beef with the onion in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl; add the ground beef mixture and mix well.
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Layer the potatoes and beef mixture 1/2 at a time in a buttered 2-quart baking dish, ending with a beef layer.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour; cover may be removed for the last 10 minutes of baking time.
