Beef Tomato Skillet
|Beef cube steaks||4|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup mix||1 Ounce (Beef Flavored, 1 Envelope)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Dry red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In skillet quickly cook steak strips and onion in butter or margarine till tender.
Add water and dry mushroom soup mix; simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in tomato and wine; heat through.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
