Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Frozen shredded potatoes 24 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Canned evaporated milk 13 Ounce
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 Ounce
  Crushed cornflakes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Combine the next 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
Stir in the ground beef.
Spoon into a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cornflakes and drizzle with the butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly; or microwave on High for 10 to 15 minutes.
