Beef And Potato Hash
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Frozen shredded potatoes||24 Ounce (1 Package, Thawed)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce|
|Canned cream of celery soup||10 Ounce|
|Crushed cornflakes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Combine the next 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
Stir in the ground beef.
Spoon into a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cornflakes and drizzle with the butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly; or microwave on High for 10 to 15 minutes.
