Beef And Corn Bake
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained|
|Canned cream style corn||15 Ounce|
|Canned diced tomatoes||15 Ounce|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Noodles||8 Ounce, cooked and drained|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded colby cheese/Other cheese||1 Tablespoon, or sliced|
Brown the ground beef with the onion and green pepper in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain add the mushrooms, corn, undrained tomatoes, soup, noodles, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly; sprinkle with cheese for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
