|Stew beef||1 Pound, cut in 2 inch chunks|
|Cooking wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned undiluted consomme||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine beef, wine, consomme, salt, pepper and onion in casserole.
Mix flour and bread crumbs together; stir into casserole.
Bake covered, at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
