Ingredients
  Stew beef 1 Pound, cut in 2 inch chunks
  Cooking wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned undiluted consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine beef, wine, consomme, salt, pepper and onion in casserole.
Mix flour and bread crumbs together; stir into casserole.
Bake covered, at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
