Dinner In A Skillet
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed tomato soup/Cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked vegetables||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into 12 meatballs and roll in flour.
Brown balls in oil and fry about 10 minutes.
Pour soup and milk, which have been mixed together, over balls.
Add vegetables and more salt if desired.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
