Roast Brisket Of Beef

This simple beef brisket recipe is cooked with canned mushrooms and onions. Cooked in the oven with a foil wrapping, the brisket of beef recipe is easy and can be fixed on a lazy day for a filling meal
Ingredients
  Beef brisket 4 Pound
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onions 2 Medium
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Place sheet of aluminum foil in roasting pan.
Sprinkle brisket with salt and pepper; place brisket in pan.
Place onions on top of brisket; add mushrooms.
Fold aluminum foil over meat and wrap loosely, sealing foil on all edges.
Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Remove from oven; unwrap and thicken juices for gravy.
