Ground Beef Stew
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Elbow macaroni||1 Small|
|Canned tomato juice/1 medium can||8 Ounce|
|Green beans/Okra / carrots / corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown ground beef and onion in stew pan; add enough water to cover.
Cook slowly with macaroni until tender.
Add tomato juice and other vegetables; simmer.
Season with salt and pepper.
