Beef With Beans
|Ground round||3⁄4 Pound|
|Canned garbanzo beans/Chick peas, drained||15 Ounce|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Canned diced peeled chilies||4 Ounce|
|Onion juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||3 Teaspoon|
Place meat in pan with a small amount of water sufficient to prevent scorching.
Break meat into small pieces.
Cook until meat is no longer red and liquid almost absorbed.
Add garbanzos and remaining ingredients.
Cook until mixture is heated through.
If made in advance, place in greased casserole and heat in 350 degree oven to serve.
