Beef-Rice Casserole

Beef-Rice Casserole is a wonderful and filling dish. It is perfect for your dinner parties. This sumptuous casserole with tasty beef and vegetables mixed in with well flavored rice was praised by all my guests at a party I hosted last week. Try this Beef-Rice Casserole recipe at home and you will understand why!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Chinese vegetables 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bean sprouts 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 8 Tablespoon
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Lightly brown beef, onion and celery.
Arrange layers of meat mixtur e, Chinese vegetables, bean sprouts, mushrooms and rice in casserole.
Mix soy sauce, soup and water together and pour over top of casserole.
May sprinkle with buttered crumbs, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
