Baked Ground Beef Steaks are simply delicious. This is my children's favorite and it often gets wolfed down even before it reaches the dining table! Try this Baked Ground Beef Steaks recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Canned stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Tomato 1⁄3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Press ground meat into thick steaks in a baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of each and spread with stewed tomatoes.
Place a slice of onion on each steak.
Pour in water.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Elk may be substituted for ground beef, if desired.
