Baked Ground Beef Steaks
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||16 Ounce|
Press ground meat into thick steaks in a baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of each and spread with stewed tomatoes.
Place a slice of onion on each steak.
Pour in water.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Elk may be substituted for ground beef, if desired.
