Ground Beef And Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  White onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream of vegetable soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Instant potatoes 4 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Brown beef in oil; mix in onion.
Cook until tender, 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add salt and pepper.
Add cream of vegetable soup; cover.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in 5 x 6 inch glass dish; spoon potatoes into 4 heaping mounds.
Cover; bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
