Sausage-Ri Ce Luncheon Dish

Ingredients
  Sausage 1 Pound
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked
  Dry chicken noodle soup mix 5 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown sausage; add celery and onion.
Cook until transparent; drain off grease.
In 2 quart casserole, put rice, dry soup mix, water and vinegar.
Add sausage mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 330 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
