Beef And Snow Peas Crepes
|Flank steak||1 Pound, sliced as thin as possible|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Frozen snow peas/Pea pods||15 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Marinate steak in a mixture of soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, and onions for 30 minutes.
Brown the meat quickly in 2 tablespoons of hot vegetable oil over high heat.
Remove from pan.
Add rest of vegetable oil.
When hot, stir in snow peas and cook until pods are beginning' to soften.
Return steak to pan and add chicken bouillon.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Fill warm crepes and serve immediately.
