Quick Beef And Frank Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Frankfurters 16 Ounce, bias sliced 1 inch thick (1 Package)
  Canned red kidney beans 32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 30 Ounce (Two 15 Ounce Can)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1 Large
  Shredded american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In Dutch oven cook ground beef till browned; drain off fat.
Stir in frankfurters, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, chili powder, dry mustard, bay leaf, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve in bowls; top individual servings with shredded american cheese, chopped onion, and corn chips.
