Beef Steak Rolls

The beef steak rolls are oven cooked beed rolls prepared with thin bottom rounds of beef. Made with a filling of eggs, parsley and seasonings of choice along with breadcrumbs, the beef steak rolls are baked with cream of celery soup and can be served with rice.
Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Seasonings To Taste
  Coarse bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Moist)
  Beef bottom round 2 Pound (0.25 Inch Thick)
  Cream of celery 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Saute onion in butter.
Add egg, parsley and seasonings with crumbs.
Cut steak into individual servings; put large spoon of dressing on each.
Wrap meat around dressing; skewer in place.
Brown rolls in butter.
Put in baking dish; pour soup over meat.
Cover; bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
Serve in gravy.
