Ground Beef Hot Dish

Ingredients
  Ground round beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sliced water chestnuts 2 Can (20 oz), undrained
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Slivered almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown meat, celery and onions; mix with soups, consomme, water chestnuts, mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper and rice.
Mix well; put in baking dish and sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours.
