Meat and Kidney Bean Casserole
|Potatoes||3 Large, sliced|
|Onions||2 Medium, cut fine|
|Hamburger||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Celery||2 Medium, sliced|
|Uncooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kidney beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tomato soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
Place potatoes in bottom of buttered baking dish; cover with onions.
Spread hamburger evenly over onions; cover with celery.
Place rice over celery; cover with kidney beans.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour tomato soup over top.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours.
