Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry/0.75 cup milk and cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat 3 Teaspoon
  Beef gravy 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce
Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients well; chill.
Shape into patties.
Brown in fat.
Pour beef gravy, tomato sauce and mushrooms, stems and pieces over patties.
Cover; simmer or bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
