Dilly Roast

Ingredients
  Beef arm roast/Veal roast 4 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon
  Dill seed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown roast in small amount of oil over high heat; place roast in Dutch oven over low heat.
Mix remaining ingredients together; pile sour cream mixture on top of roast.
Simmer slowly for 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours, basting frequently with gravy.
