|Beef arm roast/Veal roast||4 Pound|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon|
|Dill seed||1 Tablespoon|
Brown roast in small amount of oil over high heat; place roast in Dutch oven over low heat.
Mix remaining ingredients together; pile sour cream mixture on top of roast.
Simmer slowly for 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours, basting frequently with gravy.
