Ingredients
  Tomato juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  All spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients for sauce.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for porcupines.
Mix well and form into 1 1/2" meat balls.
Place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over meat balls.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
Serve with green salad, red wine and French bread.
Makes a complete meal.
Freezes nicely also.
