Barbecued Garlic Beef Brisket

The barbecued beef brisket is a classic recipe for preparing beef brisket. Marinated and roasted in the oven with the flavors of galric, onion and made appetizing with bottled barbecue sauce and liquid smole, the barbecued beef brisket can be served with rice or baked potatoes.
Ingredients
  Beef brisket 6 Pound
  Liquid smoke 8 Fluid Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Marinate beef in smoke liquid.
Season with celery salt, garlic powder and onion salt.
Cover with foil; marinate overnight.
Drain; wrap meat in foil.
Place in a shallow baking dish; cook in 275-degree oven for 5 hours.
Cover with barbecue sauce; wrap loosely and continue cooking 1 hour.
