Beef Cubes In Sherry
|Stewing beef||2 Pound, cubed|
|Onion soup mix packet||1 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Sherry wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown the beef cubes on all sides.
Add the remaining ingredients in order given.
Close cover of cooker.
Put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Al low cooker to cool normally.
Serve beef over broad noodles.
