Ham And Beef Crepes
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped leftover ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook ground beef over medium heat until slightly brown.
Add ham and stir in 1/4 cup flour.
Add bouillon and sliced mushrooms.
Bring to a simmer, stirring often.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile melt butter in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk.
Over a moderate heat, add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened.
Add remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste .
Fill crepes with meat mixture.
Roll up and place in an oven proof dish.
Pour sauce over top.
Bake at 375Â°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
