Corned Beef With Horseradish

Ingredients
  Corned beef brisket 3 Pound
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole cloves 4
  Black peppercorns 8
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place corned beef in slow cooker with water, herbs, and spices.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Combine whipped cream and horseradish.
Freeze in a 2 inch roll.
When meat is done, slice it into 1/2 inch slices.
Arrange on a hot platter with hot cubed beets, potatoes, sliced carrots, or other vegetables.
Garnish with slices of the horse radish roll.
