Pot-Roast In Foil
|Beef chuck pot roast||4 Pound|
|Onion soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
Place 30 X 18 inch piece of heavy duty aluminum foil in baking pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches; place meat on foil.
Sprinkle soup mix on meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup.
Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
Cook in 300Â° oven 4 hours.
