Short Ribs Of Beef
|Beef chuck short ribs||2 Pound|
|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hot)|
|Onion||1 Large, quartered|
Arrange short ribs in 3-quart microproof casserole.
Add just enough hot broth to cover ribs.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 10 minutes.
Cook on 50, 35 to 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes.
