Tenderloin Of Beef Supreme
|Beef loin tenderloin roast||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dehydrated onion soup mix||3 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
Place roast in shallow microproof baking dish.
Pat soup mix evenly onto roast.
Arrange mushrooms on top.
Insert probe into center of roast.
Cover with paper towel and place in oven.
Plug in probe.
Cook on HI with probe set at 120Â°F for rare, or 130Â°F for medium-rare.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
