|Frozen beef and gravy||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Burgundy/Claret||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat beef and gravy according to package directions, but cook 10 minutes less than recommended time.
Saute drained mushrooms in butter 3 minutes, but reserve liquid.
Add mushrooms, butter, mushroom liquid and wine to beef and gravy (If necessary, transfer beef and gravy mixture to a saucepan or flameproof serving dish.)
Heat through and serve.
