Saucy Beef Hash
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced cooked beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onions||1 Small, chopped|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese slices||5 (Thin Ones)|
Combine rice, beef, onion, parsley, soup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on HIGH, or until hot and bubbly.
Let stand 3 minutes, covered.
When serving, top each serving with thin slice of cheese.
Serve with dinner rolls and Whipped Herb Butter.
