Chuck roast 4 Pound (Or Any Less Tender Cut)
  Onion soup mix 2 Ounce

Place roast on a large piece of heavy duty foil, sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
Wrap, sealing with double folds (If regular weight foil is used instead, place wrapped roast in a shallow pan to collect possible leaking juices).
Bake for 2 hours at 350° F.
For variety, add a jar (any size) of sliced mushrooms or a can of cream of mushroom soup with the onion soup mix.

Thank you! Thank you! Lipton soup had this recipe about fifty years ago but I lost it in moving. For some reason they don't have it at their web site. After trying it in foil I also would make it in a tightly covered metal casserole pan and it was as equally wonderful. I can't wait to try it again and share the recipe with a male neighbor who loves to cook.
