Country Style Short Ribs

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef short ribs 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Instant beef bouillon 1 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Dissolving)
  Dried parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat short ribs with mixture.
Place ribs in 3-quart casserole.
Add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, bouillon, parsley, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix gently.
Cover.
Microwave 10 minutes on HIGH.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 20 to 30 minutes on '6', or until meat and vegetables are tender.
Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
Thicken gravy before serving, if desired.
For ovens without solid state heat control, during second cooking period, Microwave 24 to 36 minutes on '5
