Corned Beef Hash Au Gratin
|Chopped corned beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked white potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coarse bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine chopped corned beef and potatoes and minced onions.
If any other vegetable is left over use 1 cup of it chopped, in place of potato.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Pack into a greased baking dish and cover with crumbs which have been mixed with melted fat.
Bake in a moderate oven of 375Â° F. for 30 min. or until the crumbs are brown.
