Corned Beef Hash Au Gratin

  Chopped corned beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped cooked white potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coarse bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 3 Small
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine chopped corned beef and potatoes and minced onions.
If any other vegetable is left over use 1 cup of it chopped, in place of potato.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Pack into a greased baking dish and cover with crumbs which have been mixed with melted fat.
Bake in a moderate oven of 375° F. for 30 min. or until the crumbs are brown.
